We started Wine Country Cycle as a community for cyclists and wine enthusiasts to explore the Wine Country like a local. I was born and raised in Northern California and have been blessed to live in some of the finest Wine growing regions in the World (Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino, and Lake Counties). In college I worked at a Wine Shop and  I developed a passion for wine. I tasted every chance I could traveling across the valleys to different wineries, industry tasting events,  local tastings, and even hosted a few of our own blind tastings. 

Later in the corporate world, I picked up cycling as a hobby, soon that hobby became all encompassing to the point where you’re sitting in your office planning your next ride. I’ve been on Casual rides, Double Centuries, Charity rides, Corporate Team events, European bike tours, High Altitude training camps and everything in between. I’ve been fortunate enough to ride centuries with my wife and daughter, and have gained life long friends along the way. This site is about sharing my love and passion for cycling and the special place I call home. I want everyone to experience the beauty, awe, and wonder I see in a way only a cyclist will understand.   Enjoy
